What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. In plain English, because a privacy policy nobody can read is not really a privacy policy.
This website is operated by Zhandiyar Issagulov, trading as KiwiReach, Auckland, New Zealand. If you want to talk to a person about anything on this page, email contact@kiwireach.co.nz.
If you fill in the contact form, we collect what you type into it:
If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter when booking: your name, your email, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your answers to the three questions on the booking form. Calendly is a third party and handles that information under its own privacy policy.
To reply to your enquiry, and if it turns into work, to deliver that work. That is the whole list. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not contact you about anything you did not ask about.
Some parts of this site are run by other companies, and they receive data when you use it.
Nobody, beyond the service providers listed above that we need to run the business. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Enquiries are kept for as long as there is a reasonable chance of working together, and client records are kept for as long as we work with you plus seven years, which is what New Zealand tax and business record keeping requires. After that we delete them.
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Email contact@kiwireach.co.nz and we will respond within 20 working days, which is the timeframe the Act sets.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
If we change how any of this works, we update this page and change the date below.
